    Only my second visit ever to one of these, but have been very pleased with the customer service.

    I had wanted to use my free drink voucher from my first visit, but was informed that it had expired. I was bummed, but the girl at the register was very honest and kind about it.

    She also recommended a better pastry option to go with the drink I ordered. Keep her around! Lol

    Fantastic coffee, great staff, good customer service, knowledgeable about the coffee.
    I think I just found my new favorite spot!
    Not just that they have Costa Rican dark roast coffee beans that I can buy here and I was ecstatic! I'm definitely coming back to get some of those.
    I ordered an espresso undertow without sweetener and a honey bran muffin. They were both fantastic!!! I'm so beyond excited about this place, I had to stop having my breakfast to write this. I loved it so much I'm definitely going to be making this place a regular spot for when I work over in this area.
    Extra thanks to the barista Jessica she killed it with my coffee this morning and basically made my day.

    came in early in the morning to get a latte before work (which I usually go to Starbucks for) but was enticed to come here following a recommendation from a friend. The young ladies working were both very sweet in helping me find out exactly what drink I wanted and the barista even let me know that if I didn't like the drink, she would make me something else! (Starbs would never!) the young lady making my drink was super down to earth and even made a lovely little design on my drink (see the pic I posted) . all in all, Peets won themselves a new customer and I will definitely be converting my fellow Starbucks lovers.

    Good coffee, good people- what more could you ask for? Whether it's early morning when most people are still sleeping, the middle of a busy weekend day, or the post-work rush the team is always cheerful and welcoming. I wish I wasn't so bad about remembering names or else I'd give credit where credit is due- but the entire staff is awesome. I've been to lots of Peet's locations and this one is definitely my favorite.

    Friendly customer service, and they made my drink just right! I received a warm welcome on my first visit to this Newport Beach location.

    Even though this location is small, I really like it, and it also has convenient parking!  I will definitely be back when in the area!
